Privacy
This is a coaching website. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins and no newsletter. Your data is processed in four situations: when your browser opens a page, when you write to me through the contact form, when you email me directly, and when you make a choice in the cookie banner. Everything below simply describes those four situations in detail.

The controller is the person who decides why and how personal data is processed, in accordance with Art. 4 (7) GDPR.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers located in Germany. The host stores and delivers the site on my behalf and acts as a processor bound by my instructions. Further information is available in the host's own privacy information.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in a reliably operated website. Processing is governed by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
Each time a page is opened, the hosting provider's server automatically records the request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, and details of your browser and operating system. This happens for every website and is technically necessary to deliver pages and to detect faults and attacks. These records are not combined with other data and are not used to identify you personally. They are deleted after a short period.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site.
The form on the contact page asks for your name, your email address, optionally what you are interested in, and your message. Sending it requires ticking a consent box. Your entries are transmitted to me by email and are also stored in this website's database so that no enquiry is lost. I use them only to answer you and, if we go further, to arrange our work together. Nothing is passed on to third parties beyond the hosting provider described above.
Your data stays with me until the enquiry is fully dealt with and there is no reason to keep it — for example if you ask me to delete it, or if you withdraw your consent. Statutory retention obligations, such as those under tax and commercial law, remain unaffected.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, your consent, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message concerns steps taken prior to entering into a coaching agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future.
If you write to me directly, your email address, your message and any details you include are processed for the sole purpose of answering you. The same retention rules as for the contact form apply.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries related to a possible agreement, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The buttons for scheduling a call lead to Calendly, a booking service operated by Calendly LLC in the United States. Calendly is not embedded in this website: nothing is loaded from it and no data reaches it while you are here. Only when you follow the link do you leave this site, and from that point Calendly is responsible for the data you enter there, including the date you choose, your name and your email address. Please see the Calendly privacy notice.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, steps taken prior to entering into an agreement at your request.
The typefaces used here are loaded from Google Fonts when a page opens. To deliver them, your browser contacts a Google server, which necessarily receives your IP address along with information about your browser. Google Ireland Limited is the provider within Europe, and data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No cookies are set by this and the fonts are used purely for the appearance of the site. Further details are in Google's privacy policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in a consistent and legible presentation of this website.
Two photographs on the home page are loaded directly from Unsplash, an image service operated by Unsplash Inc. in the United States. As with the fonts, your browser requests these images from an external server, which receives your IP address in the process. See the Unsplash privacy policy for details.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of this website.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. When you answer the cookie banner, your choice is stored in a cookie in your own browser so that you are not asked again on every page, and a record of that consent — the date, the page you were on, your IP address, your browser and the categories you agreed to — is stored in the website's database as evidence that consent was given. WordPress itself may set technically necessary cookies, for instance when someone logs in to administer the site.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR together with § 25 (1) TDDDG for storing your choice, and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR for documenting consent as required by Art. 7 (1) GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies rely on § 25 (2) TDDDG.
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the padlock in your browser and by addresses beginning with "https". Anything you send through the contact form is encrypted in transit and cannot be read by third parties along the way.
You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you and receive a copy of it, have inaccurate data corrected, have your data deleted, have its processing restricted, or receive it in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and where processing rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. A short email is enough — there is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The one responsible for me is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
Rights under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR, withdrawal of consent under Art. 7 (3) GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint under Art. 77 GDPR.
If the site changes — a new service, a different form — this notice will be updated to match. The version you are reading dates from 25 August 2026.
